You must request your Administrative (Per Se) hearing with the DMV within 10 days of your arrest for drunk driving in San Diego. You cannot request your administrative per se (APS) hearing for a DUI at a normal DMV office, you must contact one of 12 DMV Driver Safety Offices located in the following areas:

• Oakland
• Oxnard
• Sacramento
• San Bernardino
• San Diego
• San Francisco
• San Jose
• Van Nuys
